belbet Bet — Simple Betting You Control
Betting on belbet is not just about picking a team — here you can understand markets, read odds, set your own budget and play for entertainment.
Logging In and Depositing Money into Your Account
From Accessing Your Account to Placing Your First Bet
Before placing a bet on belbet, the first thing to do is log in to your account using the belbet login page. Once you log in with your username and password, the dashboard shows your balance, active bets and bet history directly.
You need a balance in your account to place bets. For deposits on belbet you can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Go to the deposit page, choose a method, enter the amount and confirm the transaction — the money is added to your balance within a few minutes.
Once your account is active, you can bet on both sports markets and casino.
Finding Markets and How to Read Odds
In the sports betting section you can see a list of different sports — cricket, football, tennis and much more. Each event has multiple markets beside it, such as match winner, total runs, first wicket and so on. Clicking on a market you are interested in shows the detailed odds for that specific market.
belbet supports three common odds formats: Decimal, Fractional and American. The Decimal format is the most familiar among Bangladeshi players. The example below shows the same odds in all three formats:
| Format | Value | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Decimal | 3.00 | Total return = stake × odds |
| Fractional | 2/1 | ৳2 profit for every ৳1 |
| American | +200 | ৳200 profit on ৳100 |
Example: Team A to win — Decimal odds 3.00, Fractional 2/1, American +200. A ৳500 bet returns ৳1,500 if it wins (৳1,000 profit + ৳500 stake); the full ৳500 is lost if it loses.
How to Read Favourite Odds
| Team B (Favourite) | Value |
|---|---|
| Decimal | 1.25 |
| Fractional | 1/4 |
| American | -400 |
Team B is the favourite, so the odds are lower. A ৳500 bet returns ৳625 (৳125 profit). American minus odds show how much stake is needed to win ৳100.
In a limited-overs cricket match there is no draw — so there are only two odds. Example: Team A 1.65, Team B 2.30. A ৳500 bet on Team B returns ৳1,150 if Team B wins (৳650 profit); you lose ৳500 if Team A wins.
Bet Slip — How Single and Multi Bets Work
Clicking on a market automatically adds that selection to the bet slip. The slip has a field to enter your stake — type the amount and the potential return is calculated instantly. Before confirming the bet, double-check the selection, odds and stake.
Single bet means betting on one selection only. For example, just Team A to win. It is straightforward and suitable for beginners.
Multi bet (or a combination of multiple bets) means joining two or more selections together. You receive the full return only if all selections are correct — if even one is wrong, the entire bet is lost.
Multi Bet Example (3 Selections)
If even one selection is wrong, the full ৳100 is lost. Multi bets offer the chance of a higher return, but the risk is also higher.
Betting on Sports and Casino Games
Sports Betting and Casino Games
Cricket is the main draw in belbet sports betting. BPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers matches have the most markets — from match winner to over-by-over markets. These markets are covered in detail on the belbet cricket betting page.
Betting on casino games works a little differently. In slots, live casino and table games, you place a new stake each round. The belbet casino page has all categories, a game list and details on how to get started.
The live betting feature lets you bet while a match is in progress. Odds change in real time, so decisions need to be made quickly.
Bet History — Viewing Active and Settled Bets
Where to Check After Placing a Bet
After placing a bet, go to the "Bet History" section of your account. You will find two tabs there — "Active Bets" and "Settled Bets".
Active Bets: This tab shows all ongoing bets — selection, odds, stake and potential return. Bets stay here until the match or event is over.
Settled Bets: Once an event ends, a won or lost bet moves to this tab. For a win, the return amount is shown; for a loss, the forfeited stake is shown.
Checking your bet history regularly gives you a clear picture of your spending pattern — how much you have won or lost and which markets you spend the most time on. It is also useful for budget planning.
Set a Budget and Limits Before You Start Betting
Betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Before playing on belbet, it is wise to set some rules for yourself. Read the responsible gaming guidelines to learn more.
Set a Daily Spending Limit
Decide in advance the maximum amount you will spend on betting in a single day. Once you reach that amount, it is better not to bet further that day, whatever the results.
Set Aside Winnings
When you win, withdraw a portion of that money instead of immediately putting it all back into bets. This keeps your main balance safe.
Respect Your Limits After a Loss
After losing several bets in a row, there is a tendency to place larger stakes to recover the lost money. This is not part of a healthy betting habit.
Take a Break
Instead of betting for a long stretch without stopping, take breaks from time to time. belbet accounts have a temporary break option — use it when needed.

BACK and LAY — Two Sides of the Exchange
On a regular sportsbook you always BACK — meaning you bet in favour of an outcome. On a betting exchange you also have the option to LAY — that is, to take a bet that a particular outcome will not happen.
Example (Decimal odds 2.00):
BACK: ৳500 bet on Team A — ৳500 profit if Team A wins (before commission); ৳500 lost if they do not.
LAY: Against Team A for a backer's stake of ৳500 — your liability is ৳500 (৳500 × 1.00); ৳500 profit (before commission) if Team A does not win, ৳500 to pay out if they do.
Commission applies on the exchange, so a small percentage is deducted from each win. Check the commission rate before placing a bet.
